Bray Science and Innovation: Transforming an Idea into an Effective Solution
The Bray's first EcoSkin 3D System started as a way to temporarily preserve vehicles during transport from the factory to the dealer. The original solution, developed by Bray, addressed a fear among manufacturers about damage to their vehicles' windshields before they left the final destination.
Bray experts collaborated over the course of the last few years to evolve the initial formula. What started out as simply a better hard coat material, transformed into today's multi layer Windshield Skin® System that addresses a broader consumer need.

*Super 6h Hard Coat: Bray scientists tweaked 24 different hard coat formulas over the course of eight months before landing on a winning chemical balance that offered 100% clarity and a durable scratch resistant finish.
*Durable: Product developers pursued extensive in-house testing to determine the film's durability using world-renowned research facilities, industry standard yet proprietary weathering systems, and gravelometer impact tests under ASTM-D3170.
*Removable: Collaborative teams refined the multi layer adhesive formula's compatibility and concentration elements to achieve a thin adhesive that was strong enough to hold but, also removable with out damaging unlaying material.
*Easy Application: Months of advanced adhesives exploration yielded a unique adhesive system that allows both the novice and experienced customers to feel comfortable installing and using the material themselves.
